1.Performance and use:
Zinc acetate dihydrate is widely used in selective catalytic pyrolysis of biomass as a common transition metal salt.
White monoclinic lamellar crystals with pearly lustre, slightly acetic acid odour. Soluble in water and ethanol.
Used as catalyst for the production of vinyl acetate and polyvinyl alcohol, mordant for printing and dyeing, astringent for medicine, wood preservative, porcelain glaze, etc.
Used as analytical reagent, chromatographic reagent and mordant.
Analytical reagent, determination of calcium and strontium, spot analysis of sodium, determination of hydrogen sulphide, precipitation to remove sulphur in sulphide, test protein, tannin, urocholine, phosphate and blood reagent.
