1.Performance and use:
Chlorhexidine gluconate has the characteristics of quick-acting bactericidal effect, non-corrosive to metals and fabrics, slightly affected by organic matter, and good stability. From the point of view of toxicological tests on animals, chlorhexidine gluconate eliminates Chemicalbook venom on the skin and mucous membranes without stinging; acute oral toxicity in rats is practically non-toxic; on the mouse bone marrow polydipsia erythrocytes without micronuclei; subacute toxicity test in the dose group were not observed in the toxic effect.
Disinfectant and antiseptic, with strong broad-spectrum bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects, effective against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Used externally for hand and skin disinfection and rinsing of wounds.
