1. Performance and use
The appearance of light stabilizer 770 is white crystalline powder. Melting point 81 ℃~86 ℃, soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, ethyl acetate, benzene, etc., insoluble in water. It is a representative variety of low molecular weight HALS. Its photostability is high and suitable for products such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS, etc. Especially in polyolefin products, its photostability is 3-4 times that of ultraviolet absorbers and nickel quenchers. Due to its small relative molecular weight, high volatility, poor resistance to movement and extraction, it is suitable for use in thick products.
Mixed light stabilizer 944, light stabilizer 770. This is an excellent UV stabilizer, especially for PP thick sections, providing excellent surface protection.
Mainly used as an efficient hindered amine light stabilizer, suitable for polypropylene, polyethylene, ABS resin, polyurethane, etc
Used for polypropylene, high-density polyethylene unsaturated resin, polyurethane, polystyrene, and ABS resin, its light stabilization effect is superior to commonly used light stabilizers
