The particle size of this powder is mostly between 5-80 nanometers, presenting a dark blue powder appearance. The main characteristics of ATO powder include non resistive transparent conductivity, high transparency, infrared and ultraviolet resistance, and radiation resistance. Its conductivity is formed by the interaction of uniformly dispersed conductive nanoparticles to form a conductive film, achieving high transmittance and anti-static effect

3.Usage

The usage method of ATO powder mainly includes adding it in a certain proportion according to actual application and process, or making it into dispersion liquid or plastic masterbatch for use. ATO powder can be dispersed into aqueous and oily solutions, with a solid content ranging from 10-30%. Specifically, oily dispersions can be dispersed in oily solvents such as ethyl acetate, acetone, butanone, toluene, xylene, ethanol, isopropanol, butyl acetate, etc. The recommended dosage for use is 20% -70%, mixed evenly with resins, adhesives, adhesives, etc.
