1.Performance and use:
TrioctylPhosphate (TOP), molecular formula (C8H17O)3PO, is a colourless, odourless and transparent viscous liquid Chemicalbook, mainly used in the anthraquinone method to produce hydrogen peroxide as a solvent for hydroanthraquinone, which is cold-resistant, with low volatility and a high extraction partition coefficient, making it an ideal solvent. However, it is easy to migrate and has poor oil resistance.
It can be used in the production of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method instead of hydrogenated terpineol, so that the product concentration is high, the quality is good, and its own consumption is less, and it can also be used as a cold-resistant plasticiser for PVC
