1.Performance and use:
Colourless or white crystalline powder with triclinic crystal system. Soluble in water, solubility 1.75g/100ml water at 0℃, solubility 5.3g/100ml water at 20℃. Insoluble in alcohol. Aqueous solution is acidic.
Used as initiator, bleaching agent, oxidising agent, etc. Wheat flour gluten strengthener.
Mainly used as disinfectant and fabric bleaching agent. Used as oxidising agent in dyestuff and inorganic salt industry. Synthetic rubber industry as emulsion polymerisation initiator. Synthetic resin is used as polymerisation accelerator. In addition, it is also used in iron and steel, photographic industry and medicine.
Used as analytical reagent, oxidising agent and initiator for plastics, also used for film washing and printing.
