1. Performance and use:
White powder. Easily soluble in water, its aqueous solution is alkaline.
It is used as high efficient water softener for cooling water treatment in power stations, rolling stock, boilers and fertilizer plants. It has strong ability to complex Ca2+, 19.5g of calcium can be complexed per 100g, and due to the chelating effect and adsorption and dispersion of SHMP, it destroys the normal growth process of calcium phosphate crystals, and prevents the formation of calcium phosphate scale. The dosage is 0.5mg/L, and the rate of preventing scaling is 95%~100%. Uses Tissue improver; emulsifier; buffer; chelating agent; stabilizer. Mainly used for tenderizing canned ham; softening bean skin in canned beans. It can also be used as water softener, pH adjuster and thickener. Uses Sodium tripolyphosphate is used in detergents, as an additive, soap synergist and prevent bar soap crystallization and frosting, industrial water softener, tanning pretanning agent, dyeing auxiliaries, oil wells digging mud control agent, paper with the prevention of oil stains, paint, kaolin, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate and other suspensions to deal with the effective dispersant. Edible grade sodium tripolyphosphate can be used as food improver for various fish and meat products, clarifying agent for beverages. It is used as a food improver to increase the complex metal ions, pH value and ionic strength of food products, thus improving the adhesion and water-holding capacity of food products. China's regulations can be used in dairy products, fish products, poultry products, ice cream and instant noodles, the maximum use of 5.0g/kg; in canned food, fruit juice (flavored) beverages and plant protein drinks, the maximum use of 1.0g/kg.
